With a master’s degree in Exercise Science and experience in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, I am passionate about using evidence-based exercise to help individuals improve their health and quality of life. My expertise spans designing tailored programs for diverse populations, including those managing chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, neurological disorders, and metabolic syndromes. I combine my clinical knowledge with my work as a certified Pilates instructor to focus on posture, alignment, and core strength, empowering clients to achieve functional movement and long-term wellness. Currently, I am expanding my skills through an ECG certification course, which complements my dedication to staying engaged in clinical healthcare settings and staying informed about advancements in the field.
